Can I make changes to my order or request for a refund after my order has been placed?
In order to process your order efficiently, we encourage you to check through carefully before confirmation! We apologise, but we're unable to make changes or offer refunds after an order has been placed.
Do you offer bulk/wholesale discounts?

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for food safety and hygiene reasons. If you received a wrong item, please ensure that the product is unopened in its original packaging, and contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org
How soon will my order reach me and how much does shipping cost?
All dispatching of orders (via courier delivery or Ninja Van) will take place every MONDAY ONLY. Please place your orders by Sunday 5pm.
If you select courier delivery, you will receive your order on Monday itself. If you select Ninja Van Courier Delivery, you will receive your order in 2 to 3 working days.
Courier delivery is FREE for orders above $90 to all locations other than Sentosa, Tuas, CBD, office buildings, industrial areas or shopping centres. For orders below $90, we charge a flat courier delivery fee of $6.50.
At the moment, we are unable to offer same-day delivery, self-collection or delivery to Sentosa, Tuas, CBD, office buildings, industrial areas or shopping centres (basically anywhere that requires a parking fee or entry fee).
An option is provided at the check-out page for you to select if you prefer the delivery to take place during day (9AM-6PM), night (6PM-10PM) or anytime (9AM-10PM).
Please note that deliveries are slated for the selected time frame you have picked upon check-out. Due to traffic routing and conditions, our courier is unable to commit to specific timings or time frames other than those stated on the website.
Should you be unavailable to receive your parcel when the delivery is attempted, a second delivery on the following Monday can be arranged at an additional cost of $10.
We also offer Ninja Van Courier Delivery at a flat fee of $3.00, for products such as candles, dried edible flowers, sprinkles, cocoa/matcha/earl grey powder, lustre dust, edible paint, colouring and gold garnish. Chocolate, Tart shells and cake boards CANNOT be shipped via this method. In the event that the wrong shipping option is selected, we will require you to do a top up for courier delivery.
All Ninja Van shipped orders will be packed in bubble wrap and comes with tracking.
Is there anywhere you do not courier deliver to?
At the moment, we are unable to offer courier delivery to Sentosa, Tuas, CBD, office buildings, industrial areas or shopping centres (basically anywhere that requires a parking fee or entry fee).
In the event that a shipping address is in any of those areas, a monetary top up is required.
Do you offer self-collection?
So sorry we do not! Our logistical set up at the moment does not make it possible for us to offer this option.
Do you have a physical shop?
No we do not. We operate exclusively online.
I am unable to collect my order in person. Can you leave it at my doorstep?
Due to the nature of our products, we highly recommend that you ensure that someone is available to collect the order on your behalf if you are unavailable. We will not be liable for the quality of the order in the event that we need to leave the items at your concierge or doorstep.
I have not received my order at the stipulated delivery time, what should I do?

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only offer international shipping to Malaysia at a flat fee of $12.90. Your order will be shipped via SingPost (comes with tracking) and will take about 2 to 3 weeks to reach you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments through PayPal and all major credit cards.
