Also called "blond chocolate," DULCEY 32% is insanely creamy with a full-bodied butterscotch caramel flavour and nutty accents that intensifies as the chocolate melts. The first notes are buttery, toasty, gradually giving way to the flavours of freshly-baked shortbread with a pinch of salt. This chocolate makes an incredible ganache or mousse.

Storage: Keep chilled in a dry and cool environment. Occasionally there may be light-coloured streaks on the surface of the chocolate. This occurs naturally and is a characteristic of pure chocolate. It will disappear when the chocolate is re-melted.
