This bitter dark couverture chocolate with roasted notes has a powerful cocoa flavour delicately lifted with a hint of coffee and chestnut. It is excellent for applications such as confectionery (moulding, dipping, coating and filling), pastry (ganache, mousse and cream) or decorations (shavings, sticks).

You will receive a 250g resealable bag of this product which is heat-sealed to lock in freshness.
